It is to some extent if the employee is fulfilled with the job then he is motivated, content, and happy with his work.it is simply the range of contentedness with the job.it is also measured by the employee's behavior and nature. Job satisfaction is the feeling of pleasure and fulfillment towards the job. It is a degree of enjoyment towards jobs. Satisfied employees are the greatest assets of any organization. Many factors are behind job satisfaction which is paying great role in making any employees either excited to work or demotivated towards the work. Fresh employees are learning skills and they are happy with low pay also but after gaining some skills and knowledge over a period of time. They will be dissatisfied with the minimum wage as their needs and wants will grow. Research on job satisfaction began in earnest in the early 1930s. Research published in the 1930s showed an interest in more varied aspects of work experience. Job satisfaction is defined as the degree to which individuals feel positive or negative about their jobs. It is a multidimensional response toward work and workplace environment and improves positive energy and performance. It can be considered as a generalized feeling about the job or as a related constellation of attitudes about various aspects or facets of the job. Job satisfaction depends on many factors, and a person may be satisfied with one or more aspects of his/her career, but at the same time, maybe unhappy with other elements. As per the motivator-hygiene theory by Herzberg, job satisfaction and dissatisfaction are not two opposite ends of the same spectrum but instead are two unrelated concepts. Various factors affecting employee job satisfaction can be shown by the given figure: Figure 1: Factors showing job satisfaction 1.2 Profile of the Organization CTEVT is established in 2045 B.S. with the vision of providing technical education and vocational trainings to Nepalese people and produce technical power in the country. Annapurna Polytechnic institute is established by the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) in the year 2076 B.S situated at Annapurna Rural Municipality ward no-2 Dhikurpokhari Kaski. The Institute lies at a distance of 23 kilometers from Pokhara Metropolitan City, situated at the lap of mount Annapurna Mountain Range. The scenic beauty of Phewa Lake can be visualized from its surroundings. The surrounding is very rich in floras and faunas. Understanding the need and realizing the demand of technical institutions in the locality, CTEVT has established the Institute. Currently, the institute is running a Diploma in Agriculture (DAG-Plant Science) with a fulfilled quota of 40 pupils aiming to produce mid-level qualified human resources with adequate knowledge and skills in Agriculture and allied subjects, being capable to establish and operate a self-enterprise. Besides the institute has completed Short term training (390 hours) to 80 local people under different subjects via; Off seasonal Vegetable Production, House Wiring, Assistant Beautician and Tailoring, imparting practical knowledge and skills, opening up a host of employment and entrepreneurial possibilities to local youths. The future directions of the institute are a Diploma in Veterinary Science and Hotel Management and Short-term training with multi-dimensional objectives. The institution has a well-established production farm unit as a part of the school laboratory where material and human inputs are jointly acted upon in the creation of goods, items, and provision of services. The core idea of the program is it integrates classroom learning, learning transference through creativity, innovations in making products, and providing services. Production units help the pupils ensure the continuous practice of knowledge gained in the classroom through meaningful engagement of students in real life, encounters a variety of costumers mastering their skills. Vision To be outstanding and utmost choice for employable skill. Mission Produce employable workforce through quality training and education. Goal Expand the capacity for producing annual 2000 employable workforce within 5 years. Objectives Market relevancy, Responsiveness,Empathy and quality assurance. Annapurna Polytechnic institute is aiming to provide quality technical and vocational training mainly focusing on producing skilled and competend workforce having entrepreneurial spirit, creative and innovative with employability skill abilities in students before their graduations.The Polytechnic Institute helps to develop human resources for economic growth, a key to address youth joblessness. Knowledge Skills Production Marketing Changed life style 1.3 Literature Review Pathak's (2015) Job satisfaction studies analyzed the level of job satisfaction among the employees of commercial banks and found that 66% of the employees are satisfied. Job security is the most significant factor in job satisfaction. Tamrakar (2014), Job Satisfaction of employees varies from person to person mainly depending on their age –group. This study find out employees of the above 10 years of job tenure were found to be more satisfied. Anderson (1986), Job satisfaction in retail management depends on satisfied, motivated, and loyal employees who will be productive, maintain assigned work schedules, and develop tenure with the firm. R & D.P. Kayastha (2012) investigates the job satisfaction among teachers with particular reference to corporate, Higher Secondary level School in Nepal. The job satisfactions that have been examined under this study include, work, pay, co-workers, supervision, promotion, job in general. The sample consists of a Government, Private and Public Higher Secondary level School teacher from Kathmandu and Latitpur District of Nepal. Data were collected using a questionnaire survey. The results show there is a significant relationship Keyword: between job satisfaction facets. The term Teachers' job satisfaction is rarely determined through examination. There has been no systematic, large-scale research or small-scale research which uses an actual test to examine between age, gender, education level, years of experiences, and psychological indicators in the Region of Asia. The number of Higher Secondary Schools in Nepal has increased tremendously in the past few years. Due to the increasing number of Higher Secondary Schools in Nepal, School academic staff may face more problems in their job as the managements are facing competitive pressure from other Schools. Almost every school is now setting new goal to compete with other Schools and the academic teachers are involving with the ultimate goal. This may cause the Higher Secondary School teacher to face plenty of job dissatisfaction. The aim of this study was to explore job satisfaction amongst teachers in Higher Secondary Schools in Nepal. The researchers sought to explore the general level of job satisfaction According to Locke (1969) [6], job satisfaction has been defined as a "pleasurable or positive emotional state resulting from the appraisal of one's job or job experiences". Satisfaction with various aspects of occupational stress experiences as difficult to characterize with other forms of everyday experiences (Cook et. al. 1981) [3]. For example, job satisfaction among teachers in higher secondary level schools, where students principal, typically have closed working relationships with their teachers may be influenced by the teachers' assessment of top management. Job satisfaction is an emotional relation to an employee's work condition. Job satisfaction is defined to be an overall impression about one's one job in terms of specific aspects of the job (work, pay promotion, co-workers, job in general). Conceptual Review Conceptual foundation is a most important for every study without clear concept on subject matter the study may not go through right way. Meaning of customer satisfaction Customer satisfaction indicates the fulfillment that customer drives from doing business with a firm in other worlds it`s how happy the customer are with their transaction and overall experience with the company. The priority goal of this study is to know and understand the employee's satisfaction level and its influences on their jobs. The following are the objectives of the study: To access the job satisfaction of employees To analyze the attitude of employees towards work. To compare the satisfaction of the employees based on the profile of the correspondents. 1.5 Rationale of the study Job satisfaction is very important as it is related directly to the performance of the employees. The rationale of this study is as follow: It is very helpful to the management committee of the organization to carry out day-to-day activities and events effectively. It helps employees to know about their satisfaction level in the organization. It helps researchers of upcoming degrees of business studies to know about the job satisfaction of an organization. 1.6 Methods of the study 1.6.1 Research Design This job satisfaction research is important in finding the connectedness of the employees with the job. For this study, a descriptive design will be used to describe the findings and insights. 1.6.2 Nature and sources of data To conduct this research we shall be using qualitative and quantitative data that will be collected from the primary source i.e. questionnaires. A set of the questionnaire will be given to the correspondents to collect data. 1.6.3 Population and Sampling There are many CTEVT institutes in the western development region of Nepal. Among them, Annapurna polytechnic institute is among where we are conducting research and for reliable data and research we used the census method of sampling where all the employees working in the organization currently are taken as the sample of the study. 1.6.4 Data Collection Procedures The ultimate source of data will be the primary source. These data are gathered using a set of reliable questionnaires and will precisely show the employee's job satisfaction. 1.6.5 Tools and techniques of data analysis After collecting the data, different methods will be used to analyze the data. These data will be tabulated processed and depicted in the figure to present it vividly. 1.7 limitation of the study There will be a limitation of the study due to various factors affecting it. Some limitations are as follows: It will solely focus on the limiting factors of satisfaction of employees. Findings may not be generalized in all cases. Start afforestation from today.Stop deforestation and Lets save the earth.




Deforestation is one of the main cause of floods and landslides.The act of cutting down trees randomly without any plan is known as deforestation.

In the past there was less population and more number of trees.Less people consumed less woods and less timber.So there were dense forests and large number of wild animals and birds.There was balanced ecosystem.There was no more diseases and they used medicinal herbs to treat any diseases.Though people used dry straw to make their houses but that dry grasses and straw was dead plants.They collect firewood from jungle which was dead branches or branches flown by wind.People were eco-friendly and they don't use any kind of pests or chemical fertilizers.They used to rare domestic animals in field and their dungs were used to fertilize the field.They totally used green and organic things and they were very strong and healthy compared to todays men. There was no use of technological instruments and tools.So they used home made tools.

Now, people use technological tools and modern scientific instruments.In the name of advancement and development people use many kinds of chemical fertilizers and pests which ultimately kills pests which make soil fertile. Now the population is more and so to maintain the need of larger population people use large firewood and timber and this leads to destruction of forest. In this way deforestation occurs.There is large number of people so there is no systematic and scientific way to cut down trees in developing and under- developed countries.Though in developed countries also there is no totally managed.People cut down trees and barren land is used to make settlement area.So the area of open land and forest is decreasing day by day.Increasing number of people decrease the number of trees.For the sake of men own selfish demand they ruled the whole world. They think they are more civilized and advanced but they are less eco- friendly and more chemicalized
.Nowadays, everywhere and in everything people use chemical and this has adversely affected the vegetation and plants.
Human being for own sake and happiness, have forget about the nature and other living organisms on the earth.They think they are only the living organism on the earth.
Human activites has made nature a dull place. The past beauty and fresh is now going ruined and in near future it will be vanishing from the earth.
This human activites has great effects and these have shown results too. People realise for some time and again they forget after some time. The random cutting down of trees known as deforestation has resulted in many destructive activities of nature in different places. Many lives of people and property has ruined and lost.

Finally it the message of nature to human being we should conserve the nature and only human being is responsible for the conservation and preservation of nature and natural resources.First of deforestation should be banned and afforestation should be initiate in each and every places of the world.Only the preserving the nature we can preserve ourself and offsprings. Our main good deed is to preserve the nature we can be human otherwise we are not human beings.


बाढी र पहिरोको मुख्य कारण वन फँडानी हो। कुनै योजनाबिना जथाभावी रूख काट्ने कार्यलाई वन फँडानी भनिन्छ।
विगतमा त्यहाँ कम जनसंख्या र रूखहरूको सङ्ख्या थियो। कम मानिसहरूले जङ्गल र कम काठ प्रयोग गर्थे तसर्थ घना जङ्गल र ठूलो संख्यामा जंगली जनावर र चराहरू थिए। सन्तुलित पर्यावरणीय प्रणाली थियो। त्यहाँ रोगहरू थिएनन् र उनीहरूले आयुर्वेदिक औषधी प्रयोग गर्थे। जडिबुटीहरूले कुनै पनि रोगको उपचार गर्न सक्दथे र धेरै व्यक्तिहरूले घर बनाउँन सुख्खा पराल प्रयोग गर्थे तर सुक्खा घाँस र पराल मरेको बोटबिरुवा थिए । तिनीहरू जङ्गलबाट दाउरा बटुल्दछन् जो मृत हाँगाहरू वा हावाले उडाएको हाँगाहरू थिए। मानिसहरू पर्यावरण-अनुकूल थिए र ती वातावरण विरुद्ध कार्य गर्दैन्थे । कुनै पनि किसिमका कीट वा रासायनिक मल प्रयोग गर्दैनथे । ती मैदानमा घरेलु जनावरहरू र तिनीहरूका गोबरहरू खेतमा उर्वर गर्न प्रयोग गरिन्थ्यो। तिनीहरूले पूर्णतया हरियो र जैविक चीजहरू प्रयोग गर्थे र ती आजका मानिसहरूको तुलनामा धेरै बलियो र स्वस्थ थिए। त्यहाँ टेक्नोलोजिकल उपकरणहरू र उपकरणहरूको कुनै प्रयोग थिएन। त्यसैले उनीहरूले घरेलु उपकरणहरू प्रयोग गर्थे ।

अब, मानिसहरू प्राविधिक उपकरणहरू र आधुनिक वैज्ञानिक उपकरणहरू प्रयोग गर्दछन्। प्रगति र विकासको नाममा मानिसहरूले धेरै किसिमका रासायनिक मल र कीटहरू प्रयोग गर्दछन् जसले अन्ततः माटोलाई उर्वर बनाउने कीराहरूलाई मार्दछ। अब जनसंख्या अधिक र अधिक जनसंख्याको आवश्यकतालाई कायम राख्न मानिसहरूले ठूलो मात्रामा दाउरा र काठ प्रयोग गर्छन् र यसले जङ्गलको विनाश गर्दछ। यस प्रकारले वन फँडानी हुन्छ। त्यहाँ धेरै मानिसहरू छन् त्यसैले विकासशील र न्यून-विकसित देशहरूमा रूखहरू काट्ने कुनै व्यवस्थित र वैज्ञानिक तरीका छैन। विकसित देशहरूमा पनि पूर्ण रूपमा व्यवस्थापन गरिएको छैन। मानिसहरूले रूखहरू काट्छन् र बाँझो भुमि बस्नको लागि प्रयोग गरेका छन् । त्यसैले खुला जग्गा र जङ्गल क्षेत्र दिन प्रतिदिन घट्दै छ। बढ्दो जनसंख्यामा रूखहरूको संख्या घट्दै छ । मानिसहरुकोहरूको स्वार्थपुर्तिको लागि तिनीहरूले सारा संसार शासन गरेका छन् । उनीहरू सोच्छन् कि आफूहरू अधिक सभ्य र उन्नत छन् तर तिनीहरू कम वातावरणीय र बढी रसायनिक छन्।
मानव आफ्नै हित र खुशीको लागि, पृथ्वीमा प्रकृति र अन्य जीवित जीवहरु को बारे मा बिर्सिए। तिनीहरू लाग्छ कि तिनीहरू केवल पृथ्वीमा जीवित जीवहरु हुन्।
मानव सक्रियताहरूले प्रकृतिलाई सुस्त ठाउँ बनाएका छन्। विगतको सौन्दर्य र ताजा अब बर्बाद हुँदैछ र निकट भविष्यमा यो पृथ्वीबाट लोप हुनेछ।
यसमा मानवीय क्रियाकलापको ठूलो प्रभाव रहेको छ र यसले परिणाम पनि देखाउँदछ। केही समयका लागि मानिसहरूले महसुस गर्छन् र फेरि तिनीहरू केही समय पछि बिर्सन्छन्। वन फँडानी भनेर चिनिने रूखहरूको अनियमित कटौतीले विभिन्न ठाउँहरूमा प्राकृतिक धेरै विनाशकारी गतिविधिहरू निम्त्याएको छ। धेरै व्यक्तिकोहरुको जीवन र सम्पत्ती बर्बाद भएको छ र हराएको छ।
अन्तमा मानवलाई प्रकृतिको सन्देश हामीले प्रकृतिको संरक्षण गर्नुपर्छ र केवल मानव मात्र प्रकृति र प्राकृतिक स्रोतहरूको संरक्षण र जोगाउनको लागि जिम्मेवार छ। जङ्गल फडानी र खाली चौरमा खेतीमा प्रतिबन्ध लगाउनुपर्दछ र विश्वको प्रत्येक स्थानमा बिरुवा रोप्ने कार्यको आरम्भ गर्नुपर्दछ। केवल प्रकृति संरक्षण गर्दै हामी हामी आफैंलाई र हाम्रा सन्ततिलाईलाई संरक्षण गर्न सक्छौं। हाम्रो मुख्य राम्रो काम हामी मानव हुन सक्ने प्रकृतिको संरक्षण गर्नु हो अन्यथा हामी मानव नै होइनौं।

Many people in Nepal don't know about freelancing. But nowadays many youths are interested in freelancing. Freelancing is seemed to be very effective and best way of earning during lockdown and Covit- 19 period.


In very simple language freelancing, freelancing means free + lancing and this means earning at anytime and anywhere you deserve without any boss. Freelancing in border sense learning any skills and sell that skills as a service and earn money by the online as well as ofline means. Many American people and other westerner do freelancing and they want to complete their products online by freelancers.

In Nepal, many people thinks that earning through freelancing or online is not trustworthy because of lack in advancedment of technological skills and Computer skills.
Today's world is the world of science and technology and many works are done online. People use more and more new and newer technologies and due to this people like to work from their home.

Indeed freelancing is earning in your own time and earning as much as you can without any boss or being own boss.To do freelancing you need to own any skills or knowledge or ideas which can be sold to solve projects or problem of other people without being in their own place.
To start a freelancing journey or become freelancer you need following things:

तिमीहरू बाँच्ने भए मलाई पनि बचाऊ................

आजभोलिका मान्छे मलाई शत्रु जस्तै लाग्छ । परापुर्वकालमा मान्छे मलाई भगवान् भनि पुजा गर्थे त्यो पनि अाजभोलि हराएको छ । अाजभोलिका मान्छेमा दयामाया हराइसकेको छ । 
 
मान्छेले अाफ्नो स्वार्थपुर्तिको लागि म र मेरा सम्पुर्ण परिवारलाई नै सखाप पारिसकेका छन् । अागो बाल्न होस् या जुनसुकै काम गर्न होस् मानिसहरु मलाई पोल्न गर्छन् । मानिसको एकमात्र बाच्ने तत्व मैले नै प्रदान गर्छु तरपनि मानिसहरु मलाई शत्रु ठान्छन् । पहिला पहिला मानिसहरु आफ्ना सन्ततिलाई पनि रूख जोगाउनुपर्छ, बचाउनुपर्छ , रूख त बिष्णु भगवानको अवतार हो त्यसैले सबैले जोगाउनुपर्छ र हामी रूख भएमात्र बाँच्न सक्छौं भन्थे ।
हिजोअाज ती सबै कुरा मिथ्या भएका छन् । मानिसका अाजभोलिका सन्ततिहरूमा त्यो ज्ञान हराईसकेको छ । लाग्छ उनीहरुमा दया छैन, माया छैन , सबै बिर्सिसकेका छन् । त्यो कुरा पनि बिर्सिसकेका छन् जुन कि मैले नै तिनीहरूलाई प्राणवायु अक्सिजन दिएर बाँच्न सहयोग गर्दछु ।
उनीहरूका सबै सन्तान मिलेर मलाई लछारपछार पारेर मेरा सबै साथीहरूलाई, दाजुभाइलाई, बाबुअामा, इष्टमित्र सबैलाई तीखो धार भएको बन्चरो एवम् अाराोले र्याईँर्याईँ पार्दा मेरो मन साह्रै असह्य भएको छ । मेरा यी अाँसुले मानिसहरू अब बाटो पाउने छैनन् । यीनलाई बिपति नै बिपति अाउनेछ। राोगले सताउनेछ । रोगब्यादिले यिनको ज्यान पनि लानेछ । तर पनि यीनिहरुले अझैपनि गल्ति अाभास गर्नेछैनन् । मानिसहरु अाफ्नो बस्ती बसाल्न मेरा दाजुभाइ सबैलाई काटेका छन् रूवाएका छन् । बिचरा तिनका आँसु अवस्य लाग्नेछ । 


सुन्छु अागभोलि तिनीहरूलाई कोभिड १९( Covit -19 ) भन्ने गम्भीर रोगले निकै सताइरहेको छ रे । स्वास फेर्न पनि निकै गाह्रो हुन्छ रे । बिचराहरुलाई कृतिम अक्सिजन पनि दिईरहनुपर्छ रे ।
बिचराहरुले अझै बुझेका छैनन् के कारणले यस्तो भईरहेको छ । बिचरा मानिसहरु ! मानिसहरु अब तिमीहरू साँच्चै नै अाफ्नो अस्तित्व राख्ने हो भने म र मेरो घर( प्रकृति) लाई स्वाछ राख्नैपर्छ नत्र भने तिमीहरूलाई जहिल्यै पनि कुनै न कुनै रोगब्यादि या कुनै प्राकृतिक विपतिले तिमीहरूलाई सधैं सताउने छ । 


अन्तत्यमा यदि तिमीहरू आफू पनि बाँच्न र आफ्ना सन्ततिहरुलाई बचाउन चाहान्छौँ भने मैले भनेका कुराहरुलाई तिमीहरूले मान्नैपर्छ । । पहिलो कुरा त तिमीहरू रूख कहिल्यै नकाट्ने कसम खाऊ , काट्नैपरे पनि बुढा भएका मात्र काट । दोस्रो कुरा मेरा छरछिमेकी चराचुरूङ्गी, बागभालु ,गैंडा,हात्ती कुनैपनि जङ्गली एवम् प्रकतिमा भएका प्राणीहरूलाई संरक्षण गर्छौं भनि फेनि कसम खाऊ अनि तेस्रो कुरा मेरा घर प्रकृितमा तिमीहरुले कहिल्यै पनि कुनै बिगार गर्ने छैन भनि सबै मानिस जातिले कसम खाऊ अनि तिमीहरु सबैलाई सबै खालका समस्याहरूबाट मुिक्त पाउनेछौँ । कोभिडबाट पनि तिमीहरू सधैको लागि छुटकार पाउनेछौँ ।

People today seem like enemies to me. In ancient times, people used to worship me as God, but that has disappeared. Compassion is lost in today's people.

People have destroyed me and my entire family for their own selfish ends. People burn me to death, no matter what. I provide the only surviving element of man, but people still consider me an enemy. In the past, people used to say that the tree should be protected by their descendants as well, the tree is the incarnation of Lord Vishnu, so everyone should be protected and we can only survive if there is a tree.
Today all these things have become false. That knowledge has been lost in the modern generation of human beings. I think they have no mercy, no love, they have forgotten everything. They have also forgotten that I help them to survive by giving them oxygen.

My heart has become very unbearable when all their children, all my friends, brothers, parents, best friends have been beaten by all their children with sharp edges and axes. People will no longer be able to find their way with these tears of mine. Disaster will befall Yin. Illness will haunt me. Disease will also take his life. But they will still not feel wronged. People have cut down all my brothers to build their settlements. Her tears will surely flow.
I hear that they are suffering from a serious disease called Covit-19. It is very difficult to breathe. The poor should also be given artificial oxygen.
The poor still do not understand why this is happening. Poor people! People, if you really want to survive now, you have to keep me and my house (nature) clean, otherwise you will always be plagued by some disease or some natural calamity.
After all, if you want to survive and save your children, you must obey what I have said. . First of all, swear that you will never cut down a tree. The second thing is to swear that you will protect my neighbors, birds, bears, rhinos, elephants, any wild and natural creatures, and the third thing is to swear that you will never spoil my home in nature and that you will be free from all kinds of problems. . You will also get rid of covid forever.

MCC ठीक कि बेठिक ? MCC िभत्रको रहस्य । एउटा जान्नेपर्ने कुरा ।


MCC मिलेनियम चैलेंज कर्पोरेशन (MCC), यो संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका कोष हो र विकासशील देशहरूलाई यसको आर्थिक र पूर्वाधारहरूको विकासको लागि सहयोग गर्दछ। नेपाल दक्षिण एसियाको एक गरीब देश हो र अमेरिकाले नेपालमा MCC सुरू गर्न गइरहेको छ।
धेरै मानिसहरु, राजनीतिक दलहरु "के MCC नेपालको लागि राम्रो छ" भन्ने विषयमा छलफल गरिरहेका छन्।
सबैको राम्रो र नराम्रो दृष्टिकोण छ यसै गरी MCC एक विशाल मास्टरप्लान हो र नेपालमा यसको प्रत्यक्ष विदेशी लगानी छ। यद्यपि अमेरिकी सरकारको अनुदान वा सहायता हो, तर उनीहरूको मुख्य लक्ष्य भनेको सडक, अस्पताल, बैंक, वित्तीय संस्था इत्यादि जस्ता विकासका पूर्वाधार स्थापना गर्नु हो। यसको निर्माणको लागि उनीहरूलाई सहयोग, समर्थन र स्थानीयको सक्रिय संलग्नता चाहिन्छ र यसैले स्थानीय मानिस आफैंको देशमा रोजगारी पाउँदा लाभान्वित भइरहेका छन् भने अर्कोतर्फ उनीहरूले आफ्ना देशहरूको विकास गरिरहेका छन्। जसरी विकास हुन्छ, मानिसहरूले रोजगार पाउन थाले, उत्तम शिक्षा र स्वास्थ्य सुविधाहरू। धेरै व्यक्तिहरू गरीबीबाट बाहिर निस्कनेछन् र धेरै केटीहरू, महिला सशक्तिकरण र शिक्षा पाउनेछन्। हामी एक अर्कामा सीप र ज्ञानको आदानप्रदान गर्न सक्दछौं र अमेरिका र नेपालबीच हामीबीच ठूलो सम्बन्ध हुन सक्छ। निश्चित रूपले यसका धेरै फाइदाहरू छन् र राम्रो संसाधनको संभावना र प्राकृतिक स्रोतहरूको उत्तम उपयोग।
अर्कोतर्फ, MCC का अपराधीहरू विदेशी संस्कृतिको अभ्यास हुनेछन्, मानिसहरूले उच्च अपेक्षा र उच्च जीवनको जीवनको सपना देख्न सक्छन् र तिनीहरू संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका जान चाहन्छन्। संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिकाको प्रत्यक्ष र ठूलो संलग्नता भएकोले नेपालको प्राकृतिक स्रोतहरूको उपयोग गर्ने ठूलो शक्ति छ र आफ्नै फाइदाका लागि उनीहरूले प्राकृतिक स्रोतहरूको अत्याधिक खोजी गरिरहेका छन्। MCC को केही दशक पछि, यो लडाई र सैन्य उद्देश्य को लागी देश को उपयोग गर्न सक्छ। संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका, संसारमाथि शासन गर्न सर्वोच्च देश भएकोले संसारमाथि शासन गर्न चाहान्छ र यसको लागि यदि कुनै काउन्टीले यसको बिरूद्ध लड्यो भने यसले नयाँपाली मानिसहरूलाई उनीहरूको फाइदाका लागि लड्न प्रयोग गर्न सक्नेछ। उनीहरूले हाम्रो जग्गा रणभूमिका लागि प्रयोग गर्न सक्नेछन् र हाम्रा धेरै निर्दोष मानिसहरू युद्धको सिकार हुन सक्छन् र आफ्नो जीवन गुमाउन सक्छन्।


अन्तमा, MCC सँग दुबै गुण र डेम्रेटहरू छन्। छोटो दौडको लागि, यसका फाइदाहरू छन् तर धेरै लामो समय सम्ममा यसले जीवन र सम्पत्तिको ठूलो नोक्सान गर्न सक्दछ त्यसैले लामो अवधिको दृष्टिको लागि मेरो चिन्ताको लागि यो राम्रो छैन।

MCC Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), It is USA fund and aid to developing countries for its development of economic and infrastructures. Nepal is one of the poor country in south Asia and USA is going to launch MCC in Nepal.
Many people, political parties are discussing on the topic " Is MCC good for Nepal".

Everything has its good and bad pospectives similarly MCC is a huge masterplan and its a direct foreign investment in Nepal. Though is a grant or aid from US government, their main goal is to establish infrastructures of development like road, hospitals,banks, financial institutions and so on . For its construction they need help, and support and active involvement of locals and thus locals people in one hand getting benefited as getting employement in own country and the other hand they are developing their countries.As the development takes place, people started getting employment, better education and health facilities.Many people will come out from poverty and many girls, women will get empowerment and education.We can exchange skills and knowledge each other and and we may have great relationship between USA and Nepal.There is certainly many benefits and chances of good development and best utilization of natural resources.
On the other hand, the demerits of MCC will be practice of foreign culture, people may have high expectation and dream of living high standard of life and so they want to go USA. As there is direct and great involvement of USA, it has great power to utilize the natural resources of Nepal and they for their own benefits they overexploit the natural resources. After few decades of MCC, it may use of country for fighting and military purposes. USA,being the supreme country to rule over the world want to rule the world and for that if any county go against it it may use nepalese people to fight for them for their benefits.They may use our land for for battlefields and many of our innocent people may the victim of war and may lose their life. 

In conclusion, MCC has both merits and demrits. For short run, it has advantages but in very long run, it may cause huge loss of life and property so it is not good in my concern for long term pespectives.

डबल भेरियन्ट कोरोना भाइरस धेरै खतरनाक प्रकारको कोरोना भाइरस हो। यो पहिलेको कोरोना भाइरस भन्दा बढी गम्भीर थियो। लक्षण अघिल्लो भाइरस भन्दा समान छ तर प्रसार मिडिया पनि पहिले जस्तै छ।

भारतमा भाइरस एकदम छिटो फैलिरहेको छ र यसलाई सुनामी पनि भनिन्छ र यसको परिणाम यति नराम्रो छ कि धेरै मानिसहरु प्रभावित भएका छन् र केहि मानिस मर्दै छन् किनकि अस्पतालहरु कोभेट बिरामीले भरिएका छन् र आईसीयू पनि भरिएका छन्। धेरै अस्पतालहरूले कोभिट भिटम लिन बेवास्ता गरिरहेका छन् र यस अवस्थामा बिरामीहरूलाई सास फेर्न गाह्रो हुन्छ र अक्सिजन नहुँदा धेरै बिरामीहरू मर्दछन्।

अक्सिजन कम्पनीले माग अनुसार अक्सिजन उत्पादन गर्न सकेन किनभने माग धेरै नै छ।
भारतको राजधानी, दिल्ली यति नराम्रो अवस्थाको सामना गर्दै छ किनकि लाशहरू जलाउने ठाउँसमेत छैन। डबल भेरिएन्ट कोरोना भाइरसले काउन्ट्रीलाई एकदम नराम्रो असर गरिरहेको छ। नेपाल भारतको छिमेकी मुलुक हो र यसको खुला सिमाना छ र हरेक दिन हजारौं मानिस बिना कुनै चेक लगायत सीमाना पार गर्दैछन्। अन्ततः यसमा नेपालले विनाशकारी अवस्था ल्याउनेछ यदि कुनै आवश्यक शर्त र सावधानीहरू सकेसम्म चाँडो लिदैन भने।
आम जनताका लागि घरभित्रै बस्नु उत्तम हुन्छ र कुनै महत्त्वपूर्ण काम बिना बाहिर जानु हुँदैन। यदि तालाबन्दी सुरु गरिएको छ भने मजदुर र दैनिक कामदारलाई कडा समय आउनेछ त्यसैले सरकारले उनीहरूलाई उपलब्ध गराउन आवश्यक योजनाहरू लिनुपर्दछ। खाना र लुगाफाटा र समय मा लकडाउन को अवस्था नियन्त्रण गर्न अन्यथा स्थिति नियन्त्रण बाहिर हुनेछ र विनाशकारी अवस्था नेपाल मा दिल्ली जस्तै हुनेछ।
सबैलाई भित्र बस्न, अनिवार्य रूपमा मास्क र सेनिटाइजर लगाउन र हातहरू धुँदा साबुनले समय-समयमा हात धुने अनुरोध गरिएको छ। कोरोनाबाट सुरक्षित रहनुहोस्।
Double Variant corona virus is very dangerous type of corona virus. It was more severe than previous corona virus. The symptoms is similar than previous virus but spreading media is also same as before.
In India the virus is spreading very fast and it is called tsunami and it has result so bad as many people are affected and some people are dying because hospitals are full of covit patient and ICU are also full. Many hospitals are ignoring to take the covit vitims and in this condition the patients have difficulties in breathing and thus many of patient are dying because of not getting the oxygen.
The oxygen company are not able to produce the oxygen as per the demand because the demand is very high.
The capital city of India, Delhi is facing so bad condition as there is no even place for buring the corpses. The double varient corona virus is affecting the ccountry very badly. Nepal as a neighbouring country of India and has open border and daily thousands of people are crossing the border without any check.Finally this would bring devastating situation in Nepal also if it doesn't take any necessary condition and precautions as soon as possible.
For common people, it is better to stay inside the houses and without any important work don't go outside.It will be hard time for the labourers and daily workers if the lockdown is started so the government should take necessary plans to provide them the foods and clothes and do lockdown in time to control the condition otherwise the situation will be out of control and the devastating condition will be there like of Delhi in Nepal also. 

Everyone is requested to stay inside, compulsoryly wear masks and sanitizer and wash hands time to time with soaps.Finally stay safe from Corona.

बच्चालाई कसरी स्मार्ट तरिकाबाट पढाउने ? How to make child talent in his/ her studies?


How to makr child talent in his/ her studies ?
About 5 years of teaching experience in a school. I used to teach primary student from class 1 to 5 and sometimes to pre- nursery students.
I see today many parents are worried and tired about their children study. It was not children fault intially, rather it is his/ her parent's fault.The important and most important education that should be given to children is from pre- nursary to class 3. 

I see today many schools try to impart best quality education as possible but many of them are facing problem. Many don't realize the reason why they can't improve because they are not making and change and improvement in the pre - nursery and class upto 3.
From my experience and it a pure practical , if you want to make your child smarter you have to make your child able to read, write , listen and tell something about what they read in this class.

Children have very high ability to learn at this age. This the foundation of education.Many student struggle even today and they find their study so hard because they haven't practice and they haven't learn.
To make your child active and smart teach your child about alphabet and word and if he became able to read now he will be smart. Initial 5 years of yielding child education should be fruitful and interesting otherwise in higher class the child struggle in learning and reading.

Education and language has direct link, if you learn for instance Nepali language then you became able to read and understand nepali words and sentence which indeed education.
Home environmental , and parents duties directly impact in child learning besides this peer and child relations with his friends also effect the child education.If his friends are good and the child find learning environment from his/ her friend. If child get bad environment and not good enough for learning then start struggle in learning and find difficulties and this way hampers his/ her study.
Many parents are stupid as they suppose to make their sons/ daughter talent but they don't make good learning environment. A good parents initiatially suuport his/ her son/ daughters to learn and learning basic the child can himself or herslf will be able to learn and the parents need not to worry.So initally the parents should teach them basic like number's counting, addition, subtraction, multiply and division and likewise alphabet and words reading in english and nepali. After that the child will be able to go advance to learn himself.
Finally the parents, school committee, and teachers must focus to make child able to learn in their early age as possible so they can learn easily and become smart in later days.


कसरी एक बच्चा स्मार्ट र प्रतिभा बनाउने?
स्कूलमा करीव years बर्षको शिक्षण अनुभव। म कक्षा १ देखि 5 सम्म र कहिलेकाँहि प्रि-नर्सरी विद्यार्थीहरूलाई पढाउँथें।
म आज धेरै आमा बुबा आफ्ना बच्चाहरु को अध्ययन को बारे मा चिन्तित र थकित छन् हेर्नुहोस्। यो बच्चामा आंशिक रूपमा गल्ती थिएन, बरु यो उसको / उनको अभिभावकको गल्ती हो। केटाकेटीहरूलाई दिइनु पर्ने महत्त्वपूर्ण र महत्त्वपूर्ण शिक्षा प्रि-नर्सरीदेखि कक्षा to सम्मको हो।
मैले आज धेरै विद्यालयहरूले सकेसम्म उत्तम गुणस्तरीय शिक्षा प्रदान गर्ने प्रयास गरिरहेको देखे तर उनीहरूमध्ये धेरैले समस्या भोगिरहेका छन्। धेरैले उनीहरूको सुधार गर्न नसक्नुको कारण महसुस गर्दैनन् किनभने उनीहरूले नर्सरी र class सम्मको कक्षामा परिवर्तन र सुधार गरिरहेको छैन।
मेरो अनुभव र यो एक शुद्ध व्यावहारिकबाट, यदि तपाइँ तपाइँको बच्चालाई चलाख बनाउन चाहनुहुन्छ भने तपाइँले आफ्नो बच्चालाई पढ्न, लेख्न, सुन्न र उनीहरूले यस कक्षामा पढेको कुराको बारेमा केही भन्न सक्षम बनाउनुपर्दछ।

बच्चाहरूसँग यस उमेरमा सिक्ने धेरै क्षमता हुन्छ। यो शिक्षाको आधार हो। धेरै विद्यार्थीहरू आज पनि संघर्ष गर्दछन् र उनीहरूको अध्ययन यति कठिन देखिन्छ कि उनीहरू अभ्यास गर्दैनन् र तिनीहरूले सिकेका छैनन्।
तपाइँको बच्चालाई सक्रिय र स्मार्ट बनाउनको लागि तपाइँको बच्चालाई वर्णमाला र शव्दको बारेमा सिकाउँनुहुन्छ र यदि उनी अब पढ्न सक्षम भए भने ऊ चलाख हुनेछ। प्रारम्भिक years बर्ष पैदा गर्ने बच्चा शिक्षा फलदायी र चाखलाग्दो हुनुपर्दछ अन्यथा उच्च कक्षामा बच्चा सिक्ने र पढ्ने संघर्ष गर्दछ।

शिक्षा र भाषाको सीधा सम्बन्ध छ, यदि तपाईंले उदाहरणका लागि नेपाली भाषा सिक्नुभयो भने तपाईं नेपाली शब्दहरू र वाक्यहरू पढ्न र बुझ्न सक्नुहुनेछ जुन वास्तवमै शिक्षा हो।
गृह वातावरण र आमा बुबाको कर्तव्यले बच्चाको शिक्षामा सीधा असर पार्दछ यस बाहेक यस साथीको साथ साथी र बच्चाको सम्बन्धले बच्चा शिक्षालाई पनि असर गर्दछ। यदि उसका साथीहरू राम्रो छन् र बच्चाले आफ्नो साथीबाट सिक्ने वातावरण फेला पार्दछ। यदि बच्चा खराब वातावरण पाउँदछन् र सिक्नको लागि पर्याप्त राम्रो छैन भने सिक्न संघर्ष गर्नुहोस् र कठिनाइहरू फेला पार्नुहोस् र यस तरिकाले उसको अध्ययनलाई बाधा पुर्‍याउँछ।

धेरै अभिभावकहरू मूर्ख छन् उनीहरूले आफ्नो छोरा / छोरीलाई प्रतिभा बनाउने सोचेका छन् तर उनीहरूले राम्रो शिक्षाको वातावरण बनाउँदैनन्। एक राम्रो अभिभावकले सुरुमा उसको / उनको छोरा / छोरीहरू सिक्न र आधारभूत सिक्नको लागि बच्चा आफैले वा हर्सल्फ सिक्न सक्षम हुनेछ र आमाबुवाले चिन्ता लिनु पर्दैन। त्यसैले आमाबुबाले उनीहरूलाई संख्याको गन्ती, थप, घटाउ जस्ता आधारभूत सिकाउनु पर्छ। , गुणा र विभाजन र यस्तै अंग्रेजी र nepali मा अक्षर र शब्दहरू पढ्ने। त्यस पछि बच्चा आफैं सिक्नको लागि अग्रिम जान सक्षम हुनेछ।
अन्तमा अविभावक, स्कूल कमेटी, र शिक्षकहरूले बच्चालाई आफ्नो प्रारम्भिक उमेरमा सिक्न सक्षम बनाउन ध्यान दिन आवश्यक छ ताकि उनीहरू सजिलै सिक्न सक्नेछन् र पछिका दिनहरूमा स्मार्ट बन्न सक्छन्।
